The original game ended on the 84th round. Two days after release, someone beat the game, so one line of code was changed to make it endless. |

Atari had sued Imagic, based on the similarities to their game Phoenix. They settled out of court. |

After Imagic had gone out of business, Activision purchased the rights to their games. |
