Lock n Chase is a licensed port of the arcade game from Data East.

Lock n Chase was a Pac-Man clone with the difference being that you could create two walls to either block or trap the police chasing you.

Lock n Chase was one of the first games ported to the Atari 2600 by M-Network, Mattel Electronics. (Intellivision version is here)
